Our newly built farm Tublà - Hof Maistatt is located in Dobbiaco, at the entrance of the wild and romantic Landro Valley, the "Gateway to the Dolomites". Originally located in Bad Maistatt - a hamlet between Dobbiaco and Niederdorf - our farm stands in the district of Rienza, amidst green meadows and forests. Just a place to fall in love, with enchanting views of Dobbiaco and the surrounding mountains.
In the summer ideal starting point for unforgettable adventure hikes in the two adjacent nature parks, Fanes-Sennes Braies and Sesto Dolomites. In winter, perfectly groomed cross-country skiing tracks directly from the farm and guaranteed ski-fun in the three nearby ski areas Drei Zinnen, Kronplatz and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Why the name Tublà? "Tublà" comes from the Ladin language and means hayloft. As Florian comes from St Ulrich in Val Gardena, it was important to us to bring something from his roots to Dobbiaco. Also, as Dobbiaco/Toblach is called "Tobla" in the South Tyrolean dialect, we found the similarity of the word interesting and this is how the name of the farm was born.
Our Logo. The nearby Dolomites summit Nasswand, known among locals as the "Sleeping Giant", has moved us to integrate in our logo the outline of this mountain range and in order not to forget the Dolomite legend. For ages, the giant has been petrified at the gates of the Cave Valley, guarding the village of his great love for which he still cries. The tears form Lake Toblach nowadays.

Stephanie
... as daughter of the family run 4-star Romantik Hotel Santer in Toblach, she grew up in the family business and so she has a natural understanding and love for hospitality. With a lot of heart and happiness, Stephanie wants to offer her guests an unforgettable holiday in the Dolomites.
Near to her sporting career in the Italian cross-country national team, Stephanie has successfully finished the business and management studies at the Free University of Bolzano. On the farm she takes care of her family and their guests with passion. She enjoys spending time in the garden and in nature.
Florian
... is a born sportsman and a passionate athlete. He is born in St. Ulrich in Val Gardena and comes from a well-known sporty and woodcarving family. He was also a member of the Italian national team for many years and after his successful career in international cross-country skiing, he now works for the Carabinieri. As a trained cross-country ski instructor and trainer, he can certainly help guests with advice and assistance. He also has a basic education as a massage therapist.
With his open and friendly nature, he thrills his environment with everything he does. The movement in the nature can not miss a day. As a family man Florian loves children more than anything and spends a lot of time with his son Luis and his daughter Emma. At the farm, he takes care of the animals, the garden and the preservation of many traditions - such as bread baking.

Our farm grows and thrives like a tree in the sunlight. Until now Scottish highlanders of grandfather Herbert pasture in the meadows, but soon our will become home for a lot of new animals: chickens, horses, rabbits, goats, a cat and a dog – let yourself be surprised ...
... the nature & it’s treasures
It tastes better, if you know where it comes from. Therefore, make your stay spicier and get everything you need from our herb garden. There are also home-grown products on our farm: eggs from happy hens, homemade jam, homemade apple juice and organic meats from the Scottish highland cattle. Sometimes, on special occasions, you can get freshly baked bread and South Tyrolean apple strudel. The products can be purchased in the farm shop, too.
