Good to know

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from about 3.00 pm. Please inform us about your expected arrival time.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check-out from the apartments at the latest by 10.00 am.

Deposit

Within 5 days of booking confirmation we kindly ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price by bank transfer, otherwise the apartment can not be guaranteed.
To confirm the deposit, you are also welcome to deposit your credit card as a guarantee so that we can pre-authorize it.

Payment

Please settle the bill including the tourist tax, the day before departure. We accept cash, Visa, Euro / Master Card or EC / ATM card.

Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation policy:
 Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: we will not refund your deposit, no additional costs
 Cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the stay
 Cancellation from 14 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the total price of the stay
 In case of early departure, late arrival or in case of no-show: 100 % will be charged

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 2006/2005 (Consumers’ Code).

Winter

In winter, the access road to our farm is well cleared, but we recommend a vehicle with four-wheel drive or to bring snow chains.
